more meditation on color and texture




I’ve got a new focus for my meditations because oh do I love playing with color and texture. A lovely graphic designer friend has taught me to create these wrap bracelets. (leather, czech glass and thread) Another arrow in my crafting quiver. Love it. Can you tell I’m leaning a little holiday here?


Pine Cones


I was walking in the woods with a girlfriend yesterday and the pine cones were abundant and beautiful. This one in particular looks as though someone trimmed its scales with paint.

Little Worlds


You can get lost in little worlds, in a good way that is. I kept expecting to find a leprechaun. I did see the smallest frog I have ever seen and so camouflaged that it was hard to photograph him. Can you see him in the last image? Click on the image to enlarge it.
